Wispful Wisteria.

Hello everyone,
well after being at Ross Paper Craft show this morning, came home to a power cut! only just come back on 6.30pm..

I decided to create this card and just about finished another, good job I had printed these "Wispfull Wisteria" images from the 3d Charisma collection cd.. so I could get cracking on the card. you do not realise how much we need electric..

Hello everyone,
This is the second card using Tattered Lace "Wispfull Wisteria"die and using the coloured Charisma image from the matching cd.


White with pale green colour..


Same card shape using Tattered Lace..Large decorative Rectangles.
TL Oval frame    from "Summer Evening" .here  I have used delicate pale green paper from a TL cd.
TL tags, Sentiment stamp from Ab Fab Designs   just PM  to purchase..
Poppystamp Stitched Fluttering Butterflies.

Tattered Lace "Wispfull Wisteria" die and matching Charisma CD..both from Create and Craft TV.
Seam binding bow and sparkly gems.

Garden Bouquet.

Good morning everyone, can you believe we are in May!

Sharing my DT card from http://poppystamps.typepad.com/  .





Unusual card design for me, flat for posting and two colours.  finished card size 7.1/2" x 5.1/2"
Do you like the way I have used the Poppystamps "Happy birthday Combo" die..carry on reading if you do.


This is how the die cuts out.


Deciding on the placement where I wanted the word "Birthday" and where to place on the card front..


I have used  green card 7"x 5" .. cut a white card piece a touch smaller! I then cut to..left side 1.3/4" wide  Right side 3" wide.. As I wanted a green border to show with the word Birthday.


Close up of this pretty "Garden Bouquet" flower cut in green card and a touch of glitter glue with gems.


Finished with a few "Stitched Fluttering Butterflies", rather than add the Happy from the die cut set, I have stamped using Poppystamp Fairy Greeting stamp.

Special Birthday.

Good morning everyone, looks like we are having a beautiful day today!..

Sharing a keepsake I have made..I have some Special  Birthdays this year, this will be for one of them.



Frame made using Elizabeth Designs.."Happy Frame XL".. first time I have used this! brilliant design and so easy to use..8"x 8".. can easily be alter to smaller size.






White Silk Foam.  Heartfelt Creations..Flowering Dogwood die. 
I used cheap oil pastel to tint the foam, after cutting.
Mix of ..Tattered Lace.."Woodside Ferns" John Next Door..Starflower Leaves.
Doily..Creative Expressions.."Flora" Frames & Tags.
TL Pin Dot Heart. Kaisercraft..Friendship Sentiments.
Pearl Beads swirled in the spray.




Tattered Lace "Gift Bow"  Prima Papers "Love Story" shadowed with green card.

I used cardboard from posting pkt..covered this both side as a backing for my frame.



Stands made using Tim Holtz.."Small Easel" 657187.

Blooming Rose Aperture card.

Good morning everyone,

Sharing my card from Poppystamps blog today..http://poppystamps.typepad.com/


I have created a Aperture using Poppystamps square frame dies..Double Stitched & Pointed Square Frames.


 I have used an off cut of waste card for this example: 7"x 7"  marked either end and top 1.1/2"  in with pencil, made a mark along side the die, I wanted to see if i like the postion and size of my opening for the aperture.


This is the cut out of my waste card, using Double stitched die.




This is my card front Cream with a Pink insert. Look at the top picture and you see how I got my cutout using Double Stitch Square, I cut another one in Pink! as the Pointed squares are a touch different in size.


Using the outer cream card front as a guide, placed a smaller size pointed square and cut in my die cutting machine.


Example above after using both sets of square dies.. The Double stitched square fits on top of the pink square! inside the cream..my largest Pointed frame sit around the outer cream square. hope your still with me on this lol.
Before I adhered these together to place on my card front ..I reduced the size 6.1/2" square ..as I like this better.



Finished card with the pretty open work of  poppystamp dies "Blooming Rose" did you notice I also cut a pretty heart trail along the bottom.."Gentle Hearts"  Poppystamps border die.






 Sentiment by Poppystamps..  Sending Scribbles ..finished with random placed pearls and ribbon.

Hello everyone.

Sharing a quick card I made last week, had to have a play when my beautiful new dies
 arrived from Create and Craft TV.. no time at the present to make any more ..
Tattered Lace  "Summer Fragrance"  3D  Decoupage  Die Collection... 
Each of the die collections has a matching Charisma CD.





Marchioness Collection, using the die and matching charisma image..How handy is this half the die cuts stay`s in your card! I  then decoupage the coloured image on top, Cutout oval using Melded Frames collection..
Pretty blue paper in the background came from the cd.


Glad I got mine at launch..what a good offer.

I have used white flower foam for the flowers, coloured with oil pastels.

I have used card in pink & cream for these flowers, soft green for the leaf.

Good Morning Everyone,
Can you believe we are in June already! half way through the year..how frighting is that!!
  

Sharing my card from http://poppystamps.typepad.com/  today.




Flowers and butterflies I love on cards.  



I have cut a cream coloured tag, using Poppystamps Double stitch tag dies. Next I used the Embossed Heart Butterfly to cut a shape from this.



I have cut two layers of cream velum for my butterflies,  leave the in place over the velum, inked through the die with pink ink, as shown.



On the cutout of the tag, these butterflies have been layered up as shown..give a lovely dimensional butterfly.


Decorated the tags with Delightful Daisy and gems, Pretty lavender ribbon from http://birchpressdesign.com/Lavender-Metallic-Ribbon.html 
I have used Distress Oxide inks..Worn lipstick/Picked Raspberry/Peeled Paint/Shaded Lilac, to colour.

Easel Wedding Card.

Good morning everyone.
I can now share this Wedding Card...




I made this card for a special friends Daughter..They should have married on the date shown..6/1/2018
My dear friend had a stroke 4 days before the wedding at 59..what a shock! they postponed the Wedding till yesterday 2nd June, as they wanted her Mum there..
Glad to say my friend  is still improving.. 
I did alter the date on the card! forgot to take another photo.


 


I have used white pearlescent card with pattered Oyster colour..touch`s of purple, bridesmaid colour.

Special Birthday...

Hello Everyone.
I created this card over the weekend..It is a commission from Daughter to Mum for a special birthday, not needed for months yet but I`m so busy! while I had a free weekend I got crafting..

Love this gorgeous  collection from "Tattered Lace"  3d Summer Collection...purchased from Create and Craft ..here  shame the price has gone up..
I have used"Countess Collection" beautiful charisma colours on all the collections.



My centre diamond.."Melded Frames"  cut in the centre of Tatted Lace "Large Decorative Rectangles"here ..I have cut a separate frame for dimension used foam tape  .. 



Beautiful swirls in the Diamond are from TL "Handbag Gift Box" here  
I manage to colour match for my sentiment in MCS blanked out some details.
cut with TL.. Pin Dot Heart dies.



Made my stick pins and used gems to decorate the diamond outer shape..
See my ribbon needs a trim lol..

Hello everyone..

Well can you believe I`m sharing more Christmas sample cards for Tattered Lace in this heat!!! 

Mind this is one beautiful collection,"Frosted Christmas" launching over on Create and Craft TV  4.00pm Tuesday 12th June.
4 Day Deal..





I have used paper and coloured with Ink for these roses..
Tattered lace.."Flourishing Trellis Rectangle" in cream card.

Swift Rose and Holly..

Printed from the cd for these roses ..Holly cut in flower foam.
TL Nested Beaded Chain rectangle.


Flower Foam for these Roses..Holly  Green card, then I used Versa mark and clear embossing powder for some..
Beads/Moss..distressed with white Gesso for snow.








Just could`nt get the look I wanted on this card!!! Swift Holly with glitter foam for the berries.

Both these cards are as the die cuts ..scores ..and folds.. again coloured with pro markers.




I have folded the card, used foam tape for depth, then created a frame with tattered Lace.."Nested Lace" rectangles.. Red trims are TL "Decorations Washing Line dies"



I trimmed away from the Snowglobe "Noel"  ..created a frame using TL"Large Decorative Rectangles".



Just using the Stag card front.. created an oval frame using TL."Nested Lace" Ovals.
