Chocolate! Calories Don`t Count At The weekend..

Hello Everyone.

Sharing my first sample cards I have made for Tattered Lace as part of their Design Team.
This collection is on Create & Craft 12.00 noon  today Friday 5th.



This card uses.. Tattered Lace.. "Hot Chocolate Die".. Create and Craft code. 440554.
"Calories Don`t Count At The weekend" C/C 439195.
Ornamental Ovals & Shabby Offset Ovals from my stash.
White/brown/red/black card colours.


This card uses  these cute "Chocolate Box Die" c/c code 439333.
Ornamental Ovals and for the doily "Signature Style Oval Labels.
Card made from A3 main card size 6.1/2"x 5"......... ..16.1/2" x 5" from A3 card.. 
Score @ 1.1/2" - 8" fold Turn your card and butt the 8" fold to left edge of your score board.
Score @ 6.1/2"--7.1/4"--8"  ..

My 1.1/2" fold was the base for my box I made fro the Chocolate box`s 8" is the card front.
on the second folds 8" is the card back..other folds mountain and valley fold for your tent card..you adhere your last fold to the inside of your card front..this make your bottom stand (see photo).






Chocolate box measure 1.1/2" at the base...perfect for chocolates..
White/lilac/bright green colours with a bit of purple mirri.




Onto my last sample.. I have used just the cream topping part of the die and made Cup Cakes!.
Kraft corrugated card for cake with Pink for the cream..
Both this card and the first..Woodware fluffy stuff  for the look of whipped cream, pink I added bright pink glitter too.

Calories don`t count cut in white/black, adhered together to create a shadow.
Anna Marie spot pink card for the background with bright pink bow.
Main card shape. Tattered Lace.."Velvet Lace Ruffle Squares".




Making me hungry all this Chocolate!

Hello everyone, hope you are safe and well with this Snow and Ice in the UK..wish spring would arrive.

Sharing DT samples I made for Tattered Lace.. These new die`s  are launching at 7.00pm  on Create and Craft TV. Thursday 18th.

Die cut this heart from cardboard using TL "Large Hearts" 3 times and adhered together.
Pin Dot Heart..Embossing TL Deluxe Lace 5x7 embossing folder.

Tiny Congratulations is from a Tattered lace stamp set! years ago over on Create and Craft tv. knew they`d come in handy one day.


This card I have used just the car from the set..with TL "Pure Bliss"& "Moment Of Calm" in the oval. touch of colour using pro markers.

Hi everyone, back again today.

DT Samples for Tattered Lace .."Precious Moments" on Create and Craft today.

 
using Tattered lace "Large Decorative  Circle"..Lacy Circles, you get This Giant Engagement Ring  440850  with the Sentiment.. Purchased flowers from my stash.



Cut 4 Rings..adhered two of these together twice ..joined at the top..this creates  a little card Invitation, sentiment from other Tattered lace collections.



Giant Wedding Rings  440851 ..card shape ..TL ..Essential Tri-Fold dies .



Wedding Invitation.. white and silver, embossed background TL embossing folder.


Using the sentiment with frame from "Just Married" 441178  ..TL  Card shape  Notched Squares ..

Such a horrible day here started with a very bad frost & so cold then snow and now rain!!!

Good morning everyone.
Sharing my Spring themed card from over on http://poppystamps.typepad.com/  we are still continuing our Blog Blitz..Show casing the New Spring collection dies from Poppystamp Dies.

Above how I created my background colour using Oxide inks. 


Background cut to size.. fantastic New "Double Stitched Rectangle Frames" around..Placed in my Misti  ..For placement of my stamping I have just placed the die cut words "Love" (this has been inked while still in the die) as shown..I also cut my stamps as shown as I did`nt need to stamp the word love and wanted a space in-between my stamping, so easy to line up to use! so this is something I tend to do.



Stamped already to finish in pink Oxide ink.


Close up of the finished topper, placed on an angle! not very often I do this..can you see this pretty "Stitched Heart Border"another new die!. 


I random placed some with dots and finished with a bright pink ribbon bow..

Easel Card..Mothers Day..

Good morning everyone.
Beautiful sunny but cold day here..need spring to arrive soon.

Sharing a quick card make today.  ."Mothers Day"   not for me! how I wish it was.



Love these colours together..Lilac..White..Green..

Easel Card shape..Tattered Lace.."Ornamental Easel Card die"  makes a 6"x 6" card when folded for posting.

Only disappointment.. these beautiful lace panels have a cutting edge! would have preferred Not ..but does have a delicate scallop on the main die.

My Heart ..PSC#41..Love

Good morning everyone..

1st February ..New Challenge over on our blog..
This months theme "My Heart" PSC#41..Valentine/Love etc.

Z fold card.


This card design looks really complicated but believe me it is so easy! 



I have used white A3 card (16.1/2"x 11.3/4") UK. I cut this card to 12"length.  Score @ 6"&  9" .. I then cut this not quite in half one @ 6".. Valley & Mountain fold your scores. .



I have first decorated the main card inside with pretty papers.. What I chopped of  6" main card depth is for the inside ..You rotate this as shown.. 6" is adhered to your to 3" side.
You do not have to do this!!! I cut 1/2" off either end of inner panel ..this show`s of your pretty papers..





Inside the card with decorated panels of paper.. main side "Rose Frame" with "Embossed Love"..  right side "Rose Stem"& "Berry Sprig"  along with "Stitched Fluttering Butterflies.



Finished with a chiffon bow and my made stick pins.
6"x 6"card when folded..

Stitched Heart Curve.

Good morning friends and visitors..

Sharing my DT card from http://poppystamps.typepad.com/  blog.

Showing how I used this beautiful "Stitched Heart Curve border" die ..to make a frame for my card today..







I have used a rough 6.1/2" square card piece ..worked out so easy! just matched up the corners as shown.. Next adhered to green card and  cut around the outer edge with scissors.


Cut this "Rose Frame" in white card and coloured the roses with Pro Markers.





Next I cut a frame with"Pointed Square frames" adhered to the Rose square, then onto the reverse I used thin strips of foam tape..Next adhered to a slightly larger square of red card and adhered to the Heart frame as shown...the centre has been stamped using "Valentine Fairies" clear stamps from Poppystamps..I have framed this using "Doubled Stitched  Circle frames".. finished with red gem hearts.

Hope you like my idea using a border die.

My Favourite colours again...8"x 8" finished card size.



Love the New "Octagons" Creative Expression..Sue Wilson..I have used ..
Lavish Accented Octagon..&  ..Classic Adorned Octagon..
from Paula  best price.

I used Metallic Gilding Polish to colour Lilac card under the heart frame.

These beautiful Fuchsia flowers..came free with Tattered Lace Magazine 48..you get the die and free download in 6 colours.
Foliage TatteredLace.."Woodside Ferns". 

Birchpress  clear Sentiment stamp  CL 8127."Wishing You The  Best"  
"Showering You With Love" ...Mum by Do-Crafts.
Finished with a few pearls.

Tattered Lace..Botanical Bliss.

Hello everyone..

Sharing my Tattered Lace DT Samples.. "Botanical Bliss" will be launching on Create and Craft TV  Tomorrow   7.00 pm..


Botanical Bliss
Happy Hollyhock die/ Charisma Image from the cd



Strong card colour for me this, but love the colour of this charisma image. pearls in the flower centres.



Using Charisma image and backing paper,  micro beads in the flower centres.



Using the Happy Hollyhock die, cut in white card and gentle colours, backing paper from CD..Tattered lace Centre Stepper die  with a Pearl edge Rectangle.


My favourite..I have used the Charisma  Image..  cut away the frame to use just the flowers .. placed onto Tattered lace "Large Heart"  I cut a Heart out from the right side using "Pin Dot Hearts" made a frame with the smaller ones ..this large heart I have used foam tape to raise from the main card..Stamped "With Love" Rare Earth stamps..


Botanical Bliss.
Captivating Catmint/Charisma cd.



Used to create this card Tattered lace.."Shabby Offset Tags" black card layered onto backing paper from cd  with a lilac Notched Square.



Stronger colour image..I have used TL brick embossing folder adhered the die cut Catmint image and cut away the centre brickwork, then using foam  for dimension adhered to the card.  



Z fold card shape using paper from the Charisma cd ..Shabby Offset Oval...  Image cut away the background frame to use just the flowers and leaves..

Hello everyone,

Another Free die from Tattered Lace Magazine..Issue 50.."Magnolia Mornings" die and free download image.



Ops Purple image again!  think I`m in a purple mood lol.

Card shape..Tattered lace.."Swing Easel" used the square shape, as I have used the round one..
Purple is a download backing paper..





Rose panel comes in the die set..Sentiment old TL from C/C years ago..Poppystamps "Stitched Main Street Tags"  bow and stamens from my stash.





Panel on the bottom from another die set Tattered Lace.."Double Diamond"  No sentiment as yet..left blank for future use.

Delightful Daisy

Good morning everyone.

Sharing my DT card over on Poppystamps Blog today.
Hello everyone, are you like me and love Poppystamps New Spring collection.. so many lovely dies to use together to make pretty cards.



Like to see how I created these gorgeous "Delightful Daisy" flowers. then look below..



Cut two using the die, I then used my sponges with these inks shown, I did not wont a blended look! so I ponced ink onto the flowers..


Ball tool and blending mat to give the flowers dimension.



Thanks cut across a corner ..I have used the inside cut from there Gorgeous "Double stitched Scallop Frames.


Can you see how they fit together.



Coloured with Distress Ink adhered as shown. foam tape on the reverse on the scallop frame.


I have placed my first large frame of set on this card..


Close up of my flowers and Prills in yellow for the centres..  remember I cut two complete flowers, I have just used the flowers to layer up as shown.



Finished with Stitched Fluttering Butterflies and stamp "Hugs & Kisses.

Purple & Green card again!.

Dark Purple Flower Foam  here.. die used  Cecrea  Multi Dies...Flower 006   

 Pretty Label  Large Label  8 dies in this pack and you can make 3 frames..

Heart  this die cuts an outer frame, I cut in green paper and white card, then placed the centre white one back into the green frame.

Stamp used from Tonic issue 4 magazine.
Main card shape 6.3/4" square using Creative Expressions .."Shadow Box Collection" Stitched Square Peg Board dies.

Paper I printed from a free download from Crafting.co.uk Fuchsia Backing Papers goes with my Fuchsia die.


 
Sorry not a good photo,  I cut the shapes with foam and held for a few seconds onto my travel iron, I find this gives a lovely natural shape! with little effete..I have used yellow stamens from my stash along with Party Balls Purple beautiful glitter in these, but cannot get a photo to show you.

Hello everyone,

Another card using Flower Foam with a LeCrea Flower die 005, Pink & Green foam today.





Flowers are really easy to create with foam, much easier than paper!.. 

Again I cut three layers at once with the dies, rough colour with a pro marker ..next held for a couple on seconds onto my travel iron, this time I screwed them up and left them till needed to hot glue together.



I also used a bright yellow foam for the flower centre, hot glued my black stamens in this.
Lovely pastel green foam for leaves and buds in the arrangement.

Delicate green pattern on my oval centre ..Template Stencil "Leaves & Swirls" again LeCrea  "Decoration 7"..bundled sage distress ink, then glue pen and glitter.

Lacy oval by Spellbinders "Oval Floral".



Main card using  Creative Expressions ..for Sue Wilson ....Noble Double Pierced Rectangles.

Finished with Poppystamps "Butterfly Sprinkles"  hearts from my bit box..
Love these colours today! roll on Spring/Summer..

All You Need Is Love.

Good afternoon everyone..

Another card using LeCrea flower dies..this one is  001.. I have used Flower Foam Pastel green and paper for these flowers.


This shape flower makes a lovely Lilly!.
I have used Pastel green Flower Foam, shaded with a touch of distress ink "Dried Marigold" Peach flower is using Paper, again coloured with ink, I used a pen to add random dots to both flowers.


Stamens from my stash in white.


Heart with swirls again by LeCrea Heart 4506.
background heart tattered Lace "Pin Dot Heart" 
Main card shape Creative Expressions  "Shadow Box Collection" Stitched Square Peg board die.

Foam flower I used my Travel Iron again! this creates a delicate shape. 
Pearl hearts from E-Bay years ago.
Sentiment from Tonic magazine issue 4.
Finished card size 6.3/4" x 6.3/4"

Hello everyone, thank you for stopping by my blog.

Sharing Samples I made for Tattered Lace.
5th Anniversary show launching Today Monday 8.00am on Create and Craft TV .

Sweet Nothings 




I have used Kraft card for the shoes and coloured the blue with pro markers. 
Background from TL CD. I stamped the splodges in grey ink, Rare earth sentiment on the star shape.



Shoes and Labels as before, Tattered Lace Side Stepper die, with Hexagon and Torn edge hexagon TL..



Grandad`s Jumper..I have cut this in beige / orange/ brown one paper pieced in yellow, pearls for buttons, tiny labels from the  Just Because Labels. placed as shown on label shape onto TL large circle shape.




Using both dies together, TL Note Book dies. Backing paper labels from matching cd rom.





Tattered lace.. Hexagon Plain & Torn Edge Dies with Just Because Labels..Inked with Blue distress ink  
Rare Earth ..With Love stamp, silk flowers with foliage, finished with pearls.

Good morning everyone. back to today with my last Flower Foam card..for a while.





Used this pretty Light Violet flower foam  with Bright Yellow foam in the centres, along with white stamens and i craft  Party balls in purple.




White leaves shaded with lilac, lilac seam binding.. LeCrea Multi Flower 003..




Pretty border cut with Yvonne Creations "Springtastic Border" ..adhered onto bright green card, lilac seam binding along the top.

Alexandra Renke "I Believe In You" sentiment..

You do need a box for this kind of card, I usually make boxy envelopes with my crafters companion board.
