Those that visit me will have seen me use this technique lately, snow effect with"Stampendous Chunky White Embossing Enamel".

Think I have gone a bit mad with snow effect on the Country Houses LOL.
White card coloured with distress inks..
Made this a Christmas card.. But it would make many occasions..
